We partner with Aramex to deliver your artwork safely and on time across the UAE.

Shipping Costs

Domestic (UAE): Free standard shipping on all orders.

Exchanges: Customers cover return postage and the shipping fee for the replacement item.

Packaging for Returns & Exchanges

When returning or exchanging, please repack your artwork in its original package (or an equally sturdy alternative) to prevent damage in transit.

Processing & Delivery Times

Total turnaround: All orders are handled and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is in route.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates. If you’d like to arrange delivery elsewhere, email us at support@artixhub.com and we’ll explore options.
