The hardest part of buying a painting online is judging scale. Available sizes are listed on each product page and you select yours before adding to cart. If a wall needs something outside the listed range, email support@artixhub.com and we will look at a custom size for you.

Do the paintings come framed?

You choose the finish before checkout: rolled canvas for your own framer, hand-stretched canvas on solid wood, framed canvas, or a framed print with or without mounting. Frames are available in black, white, gold and silver.

How long does delivery take in the UAE?

Yes. We ship across the UAE, and the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page because it varies by size and finish. You receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Are these original paintings or canvas prints?

Most pieces are giclee reproductions printed to order on 340gsm matte cotton canvas with fade-resistant archival inks. Some collections also include original hand-painted works and handmade macrame. The product title and description tell you which you are buying.

What if the painting does not work in my room?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the piece is in original condition and securely packed. Approved returns are issued as store credit. Custom-size orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
