Most of the catalogue is produced to order. Pieces are printed using the giclee process on 340gsm matte cotton canvas with fade-resistant archival inks, then finished to your choice of rolled canvas, hand-stretched canvas on solid wood, framed canvas, or a framed print with or without mounting, with frames in black, white, gold or silver. The macrame pieces are different: those are handwoven by hand in natural cotton.

We are based in the UAE and ship across the country, with prices in AED and a tracking number emailed once your order is on its way. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery as store credit.

What types of wall art do you sell?

The catalogue covers canvas and framed art prints across abstract, expressionist, surrealist, realist, impressionist and pop art styles, work from individual artists, and handwoven macrame wall hangings. Some collections also include original hand-painted works.

What sizes and finishes are available?

You choose the finish before checkout: rolled canvas for your own framer, hand-stretched canvas on solid wood, framed canvas, or a framed print with or without mounting. Frames are available in black, white, gold and silver.

Do you deliver anywhere in the UAE?

Yes. We ship across the UAE, and the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page because it varies by size and finish. You receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the UAE only. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact support@artixhub.com and we will discuss what can be arranged.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the piece is in original condition and securely packed. Approved returns are issued as store credit. Custom-size orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What payment methods do you accept?

All prices are shown in AED. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
