Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when collecting art through Artix Hub. Please review the applicable return policy based on the type of artwork purchased.


Printed Artworks

We offer flexible return options to ensure peace of mind when purchasing printed artworks.

Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the product description, you’re eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

📩 To request a refund:
Email support@artixhub.com with your order number and clear photos or details of the issue.


Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

If your item is in perfect condition but didn’t meet your expectations, you have two options:

  1. Store Credit – Full Amount
    Receive 100% of your purchase value as store credit, valid for one year.

  2. Refund to Bank – With Deduction
    Get a refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% deduction to cover return shipping and logistics expenses.

📝 Item must be returned in its original, unused condition and securely packaged.


Return Process & Pickup

  1. Email Us
    Send your return request to support@artixhub.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Schedule Pickup
    We’ll arrange pickup from your address at a convenient time.

  3. Pack Securely
    Use the original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid damage in transit.

  4. Inspection & Processing
    Once we receive the item, allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

    • If defective → Full refund

    • If non-defective → Choose between store credit (full) or bank refund (85%)


Original Paintings

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork handcrafted by the artist. For this reason:

All sales of original artworks are final.
We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for original pieces.
